Take your time going through the modules. Go at your own pace. Your ability to order your Personal Codes will unlock after you have completed the previous diagnostics, so all is fine.

It is preferable to use white paper. However, having said that, both sets will be equally effective because the solution lies in the structure of the wave pattern itself. So, I recommend, using the set which you can see the best.
